Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited (stock code: 286) has reported the resignation of an executive director, effective January 20, 2026. According to the announcement, Ms. Meng Lijia stepped down from the board and ceased to serve on both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee to focus on other business commitments. The company noted that Ms. Meng raised no disagreements or matters requiring further shareholder attention. In recognition of her service, the board conveyed its appreciation for her contributions.

Concurrently, the board announced that, with effect from January 20, 2026, executive director Mr. Li Runping has been appointed to both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. Following Ms. Meng’s departure, the board consists of only male members, which the Stock Exchange does not consider diverse under Rule 13.92. The company aims to appoint a suitable female candidate as a director within three months to meet the relevant requirement, taking into account factors such as gender, age, cultural background, and professional experience.

Furthermore, the announcement provided a clarification regarding the company’s principal office in Hong Kong, indicating the complete address as “12B, 16/F., BEA Tower of Millennium City 5, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.” The previously announced address omitted the floor number.

Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 9:54 a.m. on February 21, 2025, and remains suspended until further notice. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
