GENCH EDU (01525) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB 1.005 billion, an increase of 3.6% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company amounted to RMB 243 million, up 8.47% year-on-year. Earnings per share were RMB 0.61, and a final dividend of HK$0.04 per share is proposed.

The rise in revenue was primarily driven by an increase in tuition and accommodation fees of approximately RMB 26.6 million, or 2.8%. This growth was mainly due to an increase in student numbers and higher average tuition per student during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Additionally, revenue from education-related and training services, as well as other services, increased by approximately RMB 8.1 million, or 31.4%, during the reporting period.
