The prospectus, initially submitted on October 26, 2025, became invalid on April 26, 2026, after the standard six-month period. China International Capital Corporation (CICC) and China Merchants Securities International acted as the joint sponsors for the listing attempt. According to the lapsed filing, Jiangxi Biological is the largest provider and exporter of human Tetanus Antitoxin (human TAT) in China and operates as a fully integrated anti-serum platform company.
