By the deadline for acceptance and payment of the rights shares and applications for excess rights shares at 4:00 PM on November 28, 2025: - A total of 17 valid acceptances were received for the provisional allotments under the provisional allotment letters, covering 97.3036 million rights shares, representing approximately 59.53% of the total 163 million rights shares available for subscription. - Additionally, 7 valid applications were received for excess rights shares under the excess application forms, totaling 77.6445 million excess rights shares, equivalent to about 47.50% of the total 163 million rights shares offered.

Combined, the company received 24 valid acceptances and applications for a total of 175 million rights shares (including provisional allotments and excess applications), representing approximately 107.03% of the total 163 million rights shares available.

Based on these results, the rights issue was oversubscribed by 11.4864 million shares, accounting for about 7.03% of the total 163 million rights shares offered.
