Jiyi Holdings (1495) released details of its Board of Directors, comprising two executive directors, Mr. Yu Runkun and Mr. Yang Hui, alongside three independent non-executive directors, Ms. Zhang Chuwen, Mr. Wei Zhihang, and Mr. Chi Shimin.

Jiyi Holdings (1495) also confirmed the structure of three Board committees. The Audit Committee is chaired by Mr. Chi and includes Ms. Zhang and Mr. Wei. The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Ms. Zhang, with Mr. Wei and Mr. Chi as members. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Mr. Wei, with Ms. Zhang and Mr. Chi serving as members.
