PATEO (02889) has announced the completion of its share placement.

All conditions under the placement agreement have been satisfied, and the placement was finalized on June 22, 2026.

A total of 2,259,300 new H-shares, representing approximately 2.73% of the enlarged issued H-share capital and about 1.40% of the total enlarged issued share capital post-completion, were successfully placed to no fewer than six placees.

The shares were placed at an issue price of HK$173.40 per H-share, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

The gross proceeds from the placement amount to roughly HK$392 million.

After deducting related fees and expenses, the net proceeds are approximately HK$382 million.

On this basis, the net price per placed share is about HK$168.91.
