JD Logistics, Inc. (02618) released its audited 2025 annual results, reporting revenue of RMB 217.15 billion, up 18.80% year-on-year. Gross profit for the year reached RMB 19.77 billion, a 5.70% increase compared to 2024, while net profit for the year stood at RMB 6.89 billion, declining 2.80% year-on-year.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, the company’s revenue grew 21.90% year-on-year to RMB 63.53 billion, with a gross profit of RMB 5.89 billion, up 17.50% from the prior year. Net profit for the quarter was RMB 1.97 billion, representing a 5.20% decrease year-on-year.
Management highlighted progress in integrated supply chain solutions, noting an increase in the number of external integrated supply chain customers for 2025 and the completion of key capacity upgrades. There was also a focus on international expansion, including self-operated delivery services in Saudi Arabia and Europe, alongside an enhanced technology deployment in automation and unmanned operations.
The board did not recommend a final dividend for the 2025 financial year. According to the announcement, JD Logistics intends to sustain technology-driven development and global network expansion, while maintaining a focus on improving efficiency and service quality as part of its long-term strategy.
