Bank of China has issued the reply slip for its 2025 Annual General Meeting, confirming the session will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, 26 June 2026.

The meeting will be conducted simultaneously at two locations: 1) Bank of China Head Office Building, No. 1 Fuxingmen Nei Dajie, Xicheng District, Beijing 2) Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong.

Shareholders holding H shares with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each are requested to complete and return the reply slip no later than Monday, 22 June 2026. Shareholders intending to speak at the AGM should indicate their planned remarks and estimated time required when submitting the reply slip. Priority to address the meeting will be based on prior registration, subject to the constraints of the agenda.
