ETERNAL BEAUTY (06883) has announced that, in accordance with the company's amended and restated memorandum of association, the board of directors is authorized to fill any interim vacancy in the position of auditor. Following the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, the board, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, has resolved to appoint RSM as the company's new auditor effective March 16, 2026. RSM will fill the vacancy and hold office until the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
