DAHON TECH (02543) has announced that Ms. Yi Jiamei has resigned from her positions as the company's Co-Company Secretary and Board Secretary, effective from June 16, 2026, due to her personal career plans.

Following Ms. Yi's resignation, the other Co-Company Secretary, Ms. Huang Yating, who possesses the professional qualifications and relevant experience required under Rule 3.28 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, will remain in her role and will temporarily serve as the company's sole Company Secretary.
