Beijing Yunji Technology Co., Ltd. (YUNJI, 02670) announced a proposal to appoint Mr. Wang Kegui as a non-executive director of the second session of the Board, pending approval at an upcoming shareholders’ meeting. The directorship will commence on the date of shareholder approval and conclude upon expiry of the current Board’s term.

Mr. Wang, aged 53, is currently director and general manager of Anhui Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Development Co., Ltd., a position he has held since June 2025. Previous roles include general manager of Hefei High Quality Development Guidance Fund Co. Ltd. (March 2022–June 2025), service with the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Finance (October 2002–March 2022), and earlier experience at a taxation firm (July 1996–October 2002).

Educational credentials comprise a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Anhui University (June 1996) and a master’s degree in Public Management from Hefei University of Technology (January 2008). Mr. Wang also holds Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Agent qualifications.

During his tenure as non-executive director, Mr. Wang will not receive remuneration. He holds no shares in YUNJI under Part XV of Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance, has no relationships with existing directors, supervisors, senior management, or substantial shareholders, and no other matters requiring disclosure under Rule 13.51(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
