FINSOFT FIN (08018) announced that RSMI has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 17, 2025, due to a failure to reach consensus on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, Baker Tilly Hong Kong has been appointed as the new auditor, effective the same date, to fill the vacancy left by RSMI. Baker Tilly will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
