Previously on August 27, HENGDELI shareholders transferred shares from Guotai Junan (Hong Kong) to Min Sheng Securities, with a transfer value of HK$91.653 million, accounting for 16.01%.

HENGDELI's 2025 interim results showed that the group recorded revenue of HK$314 million, a decrease of 45.8% year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders reached HK$26.308 million, compared to a loss of HK$2.504 million in the same period last year. Earnings per share stood at HK$0.006.
