Hong Kong—BAIOO Family Interactive Limited announced that its internally developed title “Reign of Nightfall” will commence formal launch in Mainland China on 5 June 2026.

The mobile game, first unveiled on 28 April 2025, merges a content-driven card format with side-scrolling real-time strategy combat and clan-management mechanics. According to the company, all pre-launch tests have been completed, with performance metrics described as meeting high industry standards.

Market traction indicators are strong ahead of release: the game’s public beta and promotional video on Bilibili have generated more than 8.00 million views, and total pre-registrations across all platforms have surpassed 10.00 million.

The Board expects the launch to reinforce BAIOO’s brand recognition and solidify its position within China’s rapidly expanding pan-entertainment sector.

The voluntary announcement was authorized for issue by Chairman and CEO Dai Jian on 3 June 2026.
