Central China Securities Co., Ltd. (CC Securities) disclosed on 9 June 2026 that Director Tang Jin has submitted his resignation upon reaching the statutory retirement age. Tang will remain in office until a successor is elected at the forthcoming shareholders’ meeting, ensuring continuity of board operations. The company emphasized that Tang has no disagreements with the board and highlighted his contribution to the group’s governance and development.

At the 46th meeting of the seventh board session held on the same day, the board nominated Jiang Dejie, currently general auditor of Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group Co., Ltd., to serve as a non-executive director and member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee. Jiang, born in May 1977, holds a master’s degree in Accounting from Nanjing University and is a senior accountant. His prior roles include senior finance and management positions within Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group and its subsidiaries.

Jiang’s appointment is subject to shareholder approval by ordinary resolution. If endorsed, his term will run through the remainder of the current board’s tenure, and he will not receive remuneration from CC Securities. The company stated that Jiang has no prior roles with CC Securities, no shareholding in the firm, and no relationships with its directors, senior management, or major shareholders.

A circular detailing Jiang’s nomination and the notice of the shareholders’ meeting will be released on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and CC Securities, with printed copies available on request.
