BOSATECH (08140) has released its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2026, reporting revenue of HK$65.618 million, a year-on-year decline of 20.31%.

Profit attributable to owners of the company stood at HK$15.93 million, down 49.53% compared with the prior year, while earnings per share came in at 1.99 HK cents.

The announcement attributed the revenue decrease primarily to lower connector sales, which resulted from a reduction in new projects and customers secured by the group.

All revenue continued to be generated in Hong Kong.
