ACOTEC-B (06669) surged nearly 5% in afternoon trading, reaching HK$13.17 by the time of writing, with a trading volume of HK$3.04 million. The company has signed a master cooperation agreement and a master services agreement with a subsidiary of Boston Scientific (BSX). This follows their initial agreement in 2023, marking a continued effort to strengthen their strategic partnership and expand their successful collaboration.

Under the new agreements, the two companies will work together over the next three years in areas such as global product commercialization, manufacturing services, and R&D. Notably, Boston Scientific has committed to purchasing up to $170 million worth of ACOTEC-B products for global distribution during this period.
