Wuxi AppTec Co., Ltd. has announced a share repurchase transaction.

The company executed the buyback on June 9, 2026, spending approximately HK$315 million to repurchase 2,728,500 of its own shares.

The repurchase price per share ranged between HK$111.5 and HK$119.2.
