JIU RONG HOLD (02358) announced that on February 28, 2025, the seller, Jiurong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), agreed to sell approximately 5.22% of the total issued share capital of Hangzhou Eastern Software Park Co., Ltd. to the buyer, Hangzhou Yihe Network Co., Ltd., for a consideration of approximately RMB 36.4878 million. The disposal transaction was completed on August 28, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the equity transfer agreement and formal agreement. Following completion, the disposed shares are no longer held by the seller, and the company no longer holds any interest in the disposed shares.
