On 11 September 2026, Matrix Holdings Limited informed non-registered shareholders that the company’s 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the corporate website (www.matrix.hk.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders access the digital version, but printed reports can be obtained free of charge. To receive hard copies of the current or any future corporate communications, shareholders must complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by mail (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (1005-ecom@vistra.com).

Shareholders who prefer electronic delivery of future communications need to supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is provided, only printed notices of publication will be issued.
