China Everbright Water Limited (U9E.SG) reported that profit attributable to shareholders fell 17% to about 145 million Singapore dollars for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, as revenue slipped 22% to roughly 0.92 billion Singapore dollars.
The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation decreased 12% to about 0.33 billion Singapore dollars, while gross profit declined 10% to around 0.41 billion Singapore dollars. Despite lower earnings, the gross profit margin improved to 44%, up six percentage points from the prior year.
Everbright Water declared a final dividend of 0.69 Singapore cents per share, bringing the full-year payout to 1.68 Singapore cents, down 19% from 2024.
During the year, the group invested in two projects and extended one concession right, with a combined investment value of approximately 223 million renminbi. It also secured asset-light contracts valued at about 266 million renminbi, adding a designed daily water-treatment capacity of 11,050 m³. As of Dec, 31 2025, the company held 172 environmental projects with a total designed capacity exceeding 7.6 million m³ per day.
Management said the focus for 2026 will be on revenue growth, cost control, production safety, receivables management and further overseas expansion.
