SBP GROUP (01177) announced that preclinical research data for the innovative drug TQF6422, an "ActRII A/B monoclonal antibody," independently developed by its subsidiary Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., has been presented at the 2026 European Congress on Obesity (ECO). TQF6422 is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting ActRII A/B. By specifically binding to the ActRII A/B receptors and blocking the signal transduction mediated by their ligands (Activin, Myostatin), it promotes skeletal muscle growth while enhancing fat breakdown, thereby achieving the dual effects of reducing fat and increasing muscle mass.
