The group has received the full consideration, with the transaction finalized on December 11, 2025, in accordance with the agreement terms. Following the completion, the target company ceased to be a subsidiary of CN CULTURAL-NEW, and its financial results will no longer be consolidated into the group's financial statements. Post-transaction, Peak Global Limited holds an 88% stake in the target company, while CN CULTURAL-NEW retains a 12% interest.
