Hong Kong – 30 April 2026 – Gpixel Changchun Microelectronics Inc. (Gpixel) has disclosed that it has been granted an exemption from Rule 13.46(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, which ordinarily obliges a PRC issuer to dispatch its annual report within four months after the fiscal year-end.

The exemption—granted under Note 4 to Rule 13.46(2)—removes the requirement for Gpixel to issue a separate annual report covering the year ended 31 December 2025. Key grounds cited are:

• Comprehensive disclosure: All financial information mandated by Appendix D2 of the Listing Rules for FY 2025 has already been incorporated into the company’s prospectus dated 9 April 2026. • Regulatory alignment: Skipping a standalone report does not breach the firm’s Articles of Association or any applicable PRC laws and regulations. • Governance transparency: The prospectus contains a statement on compliance with the Corporate Governance Code (Appendix C1 to the Listing Rules), including explanations for any deviations.
