CARLINK TECH (02531) has announced that Mr. Wu Dongcheng has resigned from his positions as Joint Company Secretary and as the authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices, as required under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules. These resignations are effective from May 18, 2026. Mr. Zhang Shize will be appointed to succeed Mr. Wu in the roles of Joint Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from the same date. Mr. Zhang Yong will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
