KA SHUI INT'L (00822) has announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The Group recorded revenue of HK$1.464 billion, representing a decrease of 1.23% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's equity holders was HK$27.907 million, a significant narrowing of 54.48% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was HK 3.12 cents. According to the announcement, the magnesium alloy division delivered a strong performance, with revenue surging 34.3% annually from HK$463 million in 2024 to HK$621 million in 2025. However, this was offset by weaker performance in the plastic, aluminum alloy, and other business divisions, leading to a slight overall decline in the Group's total revenue compared to the prior year.
