Hong Wei (Asia) Holdings Company Limited released its latest Corporate Communications package—comprising the circular and notice of general meeting—in both English and Chinese on 5 May 2026. The documents are now available for download on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.hongweiasia.com).

Non-registered shareholders who prefer printed copies can complete the accompanying request form and return it to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Using the pre-paid mailing label will cover local postage costs.

Submitting the form will serve as a standing instruction for the registrar to supply printed versions of all future corporate communications unless the shareholder later amends this preference or ceases to hold shares.
