BAMA TEA: Wenchao Wang Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 51.13%

On September 14, 2026, BAMA TEA completed a buyback of 27,100 shares on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 30.8661 per share, involving about HKD 836,471. The shares were held as treasury. As a controlling shareholder of the company holding more than one-third of the voting rights together with other parties, Wenchao Wang is deemed to have an interest in the repurchased shares, resulting in an increase in his long position.

Prior to the acquisition, Wenchao Wang's long position in BAMA TEA was 43.39 million shares, representing 51.10%; following the deemed acquisition, the holding changed to 43.42 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 51.13%.

This involves related parties: Wang Wenbin, Wang Wenli, Chen Yajing, Wu Xiaoning, Wang Xiaoping.
