(Pengfeng Technology). Both parties agreed to establish a long-term strategic partnership to jointly explore collaboration opportunities in digital transformation and asset value enhancement within the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry.

Under the framework agreement, the two parties intend to cooperate in the following key areas: 1. Promoting digital upgrades and platform operations in the TCM industry. 2.
