The board of ZJLD Group Inc. now consists of 10 directors: five executive directors (Wu Xiangdong, Tang Xiangyang, Wu Qirong, Zhu Lin and Luo Yonghong), one non-executive director (Sun Zheng) and four independent non-executive directors (Li Dong, Yan Jisheng, Huang Ching-Shuan Johnson and Wen Jian).

Wu Xiangdong continues to chair the Board and serves as chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Committee appointments are as follows:

• Audit Committee – chaired by Li Dong, with membership comprising Luo Yonghong, Sun Zheng, Yan Jisheng, Huang Ching-Shuan Johnson and Wen Jian.

• Remuneration Committee – chaired by Huang Ching-Shuan Johnson, with Li Dong and Yan Jisheng as members.

• Nomination Committee – chaired by Wu Xiangdong; Li Dong and Huang Ching-Shuan Johnson serve as members.

The updated structure clarifies governance responsibilities across audit, remuneration and nomination functions, with independent non-executive directors occupying all committee chair positions except for the Nomination Committee, which remains under the leadership of the Board’s executive chairman.
