China Ting Group Holdings Limited has published its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. The documents are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.chinating.com.hk) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders that previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies by post. Others can download the documents electronically; printed copies will be provided free of charge upon written or email request to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, located at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (email: chinating.ecom@computershare.com.hk).

The 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report is available exclusively in electronic form on the company’s and HKExnews websites. Shareholders preferring a printed ESG Report may request one from the share registrar using the same contact details.

China Ting is encouraging investors to supply a valid email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by completing and returning the form—so future corporate and actionable communications can be sent electronically. If no functional email address is provided, shareholders will continue to receive printed notification letters and documents by post. Any request to receive printed communications will remain effective for one year from the date of receipt.
