JF SMARTINV-100 (09636) has announced the completion of its acquisition of the entire equity interest in the target company, JF Financial Company Limited (formerly Yintech Financial), along with its core information system. As of the date of this announcement, all conditions precedent for the acquisition have been satisfied, and the transaction has been formally finalized.

Following the completion, the member companies of the target group are now 100% owned by JF SMARTINV-100 and have been consolidated as its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Furthermore, the company has obtained full ownership of the core information system.
