OURGAME (06899) announced that its associate company Allied Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. (AGAE) has officially confirmed its investment in the production of "Angry Birds 3" through Flywheel Media. Flywheel Media is a film production company dedicated to creating movie works that entertain and inspire audiences globally.

This investment aligns with the global strategic planning of both the company and AGAE, aiming to expand the cultural entertainment industry value chain through the deployment of premium intellectual properties. "Angry Birds 3" is scheduled to premiere on January 29, 2027, with Paramount Pictures handling global distribution across more than 100 countries and regions, including mainland China, North America, Europe, and other core markets.

The first two installments of the "Angry Birds" film series previously generated a combined global box office revenue exceeding $500 million, establishing a solid foundation for the production of the third film. AGAE's investment further strengthens the company's resource integration and synergy capabilities in the pan-entertainment sector, laying the groundwork for subsequent IP derivative businesses such as gaming collaborations and game IP partnerships.
