Lai Sun Garment (International) Limited (LSG) and its 55.60%-owned subsidiary, Lai Sun Development Company Limited (LSD), announced that eSun Holdings Limited (571) and Lai Fung Holdings Limited (1125), both listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, have published their audited results for the year ended 31 July 2025.

In the announcement, eSun, which is 63.40%-owned by LSD, recorded consolidated turnover of approximately HK$779,608,000 and a consolidated loss attributable to its owners of around HK$12,800,000. Basic and diluted loss per share stood at approximately HK$0.007. No dividend was declared for the reporting period.

Meanwhile, Lai Fung, which is 55.08%-owned by LSD, reported consolidated turnover of about HK$1,291,326,000 and a consolidated loss attributable to owners of approximately HK$419,422,000. Basic and diluted loss per share reached roughly HK$1.267, with no dividend declared for the financial year.
