INSILICO (03696) announced that on April 29, 2026, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, INSILICO Hong Kong, placed orders to subscribe to the following financial products: (i) the company placed an order to subscribe to the CMB International USD Money Market Fund, managed by CMB International Asset Management Limited, with a subscription principal amount of $50 million; (ii) INSILICO Hong Kong placed an order to subscribe to the USD Standard Money Market VNAV Fund, managed by JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.a.r.l., with a subscription principal amount of $50 million; and (iii) INSILICO Hong Kong placed an order to subscribe to a USD/CNH dual-currency deposit issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Hong Kong Branch, with a subscription principal amount of $5 million. Prior to this subscription, INSILICO Hong Kong had already placed an order on April 14, 2026, to subscribe to the aforementioned USD Standard Money Market VNAV Fund managed by JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.a.r.l., with a subscription principal amount of $2 million. The unredeemed balance immediately before the new subscription was $2 million.
