Los Angeles-based air mobility platform Surf Air Mobility Inc. has announced it will release its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 after the US stock market closes on August 10, followed by a live webcast at 5:00 PM Eastern Time that same day.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, Surf Air Mobility operates one of the largest commuter airlines in the United States by scheduled flights and also offers private charter services. The company's core product is SurfOS, an artificial intelligence operating system powered by Palantir Technologies, which serves the fragmented Part 135 private aviation and air mobility market through three models: BrokerOS, OperatorOS, and SurfOS enterprise solutions.

In its previously reported first-quarter results, the company posted revenue of $25.6 million and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $12.3 million, both outperforming market expectations. Within this, the charter business, Surf On Demand, grew 77% year-over-year, while scheduled flight service revenue declined 13% year-over-year. Based on cost-reduction measures—including a 6% decrease in airline operating costs, a 15% drop in charter costs, and a 32% reduction in headcount—the company narrowed its full-year adjusted EBITDA loss guidance from the previous range of $40 million to $50 million down to $25 million to $30 million in April, while maintaining its full-year revenue forecast of $128 million to $138 million unchanged.

According to the company's prior guidance, second-quarter revenue is expected to be between $27 million and $30 million, with an adjusted EBITDA loss projected between $8.5 million and $10.5 million. Analysts' average estimate for quarterly revenue stands at approximately $28.8 million.
