Autohome Inc. (Autohome) has set Wednesday, 27 May 2026 (Hong Kong time) as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility to attend its forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM).

Shareholders of ordinary shares with a par value of US$0.0025 must ensure that all transfer documents, along with the corresponding share certificates, reach the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Shops 1712–1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on the record date. Holders registered at the close of business on that day will be entitled to attend the AGM.

American depositary share (ADS) holders may attend the meeting but are not eligible to vote.

Autohome will release further details—including the AGM’s date, time, and venue—in a forthcoming notice. The board currently comprises six directors and three independent directors, with Chairman and CEO Mr. Chi Liu authorising this announcement on 12 May 2026.
