Hong Kong, 18 June 2026—Redsun Properties Group Limited (RSUN PPT) announced a further adjustment to key milestones in its offshore debt restructuring process.

The developer has exercised its contractual discretion to: 1. Postpone the Early RSA Fee Deadline from 18 June 2026 to 17 July 2026 (17:00 HKT). 2. Extend the Base RSA Fee Deadline from 3 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (17:00 HKT).

Management attributed the extensions to requests from certain creditors that require additional time to complete internal approval procedures before acceding to the Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA).

All other terms of the RSA remain unchanged. Creditors that have already acceded by the original Early RSA Fee Deadline need not take additional action. Investors yet to sign may review documentation and submit accession letters—including proof of holdings—via the Kroll Issuer Services portal.

The company reiterated that successful completion of the proposed restructuring is subject to multiple factors beyond its control and will provide further updates in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable regulations.
