Baiwang Co., Ltd. (6657) released a supplemental announcement to its 2024 Annual Report, originally published on April 28, 2025. The additional information focuses on significant investments and their contribution to the Group’s total assets as of December 31, 2024.

According to the announcement, the Group’s investment in Boya Zhongke (Beijing) Information Technology Co., Ltd. carried a book value of RMB71.6 million and represented a 40% stake. Separately, the EUR/USD Fixed Date Observation Range Structured Deposit amounted to RMB100.7 million at fair value. Combined, these holdings represented sizable investments, with the Structured Deposit accounting for approximately 8.28% of the Group’s total assets.

Management reported that no new significant investments are planned. The Company follows a prudent approach toward external equity investments, closely monitors potential risks, and is open to seeking opportunities for exits or refinancing.
