China Financial Leasing Group (2312.HK) Announces Board Re-Designation and Changes in Authorised Representative

China Financial Leasing Group (2312.HK) announced that, effective 28 October 2025, Mr. Lin Yanjun has been re-designated from non-executive Director to executive Director and has also been appointed as a member of the Board’s Investment Committee. The Board stated Mr. Lin will enter into a service contract with no fixed term, with an annual remuneration of HK$840,000. Mr. Lin, aged 46, has extensive experience in financial investment and services related to blockchain and AI, having previously held senior roles at Credit Suisse and Barclays, and served as CEO of Asia and Chairman of the Asian Client Advisory Board for a Swiss digital asset bank. Mr. Lin holds a bachelor degree from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University and an EMBA degree from the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University.

Mr. Lin confirmed he has no relationships with any Directors, senior management, or major shareholders of the Group; nor does he hold any interests in the Group’s shares as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. There is no other information about Mr. Lin that must be disclosed under the Listing Rules, and no other matters need to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

Additionally, effective the same date, Mr. Lui Cheuk Hang Henri ceased to act as the Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and Process Agent for service of process in Hong Kong. Mr. Lin succeeds him in both roles, joining the company secretary, Mr. Lin Cheng, as an Authorised Representative and Process Agent. The Board offered congratulations to Mr. Lin on his new responsibilities.
