FEIYANG GROUP (01901) announced that its first digital-physical integration project, the "Cultural Tourism Digital-Physical Card," has achieved full subscription as of September 29, 2025.
The project is a collaborative effort between the group's wholly-owned domestic subsidiary Zhejiang Feiyang Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and several strategic partners including Qingdao Cultural Property Exchange Center (compliance and platform co-builder), Miele Hotel and Guesthouse Industry Association (asset recommender), Conflux Network (blockchain technology supporter), Shanghai Owow Universe Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (IP operations contractor), and Beijing Digital Box Technology Co., Ltd. (digital copyright product incubation, distribution and comprehensive guidance provider).
This pioneering initiative combines "physical card carriers + authentic cultural tourism asset (rights) implementation + blockchain full-process attestation" and is based on the core assets and related cultural tourism rights of Miele Lakeview Platinum Hotel. The project has achieved targeted institutional subscription with a total issuance value of 5.5 million yuan, creating a "digital-physical integrated, tangible, and redeemable" benchmark for cultural tourism asset digitization.
The project aims to promote long-term development of digitization standards for authentic cultural tourism assets and rights. As a company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and focused on cultural tourism business, FEIYANG GROUP leverages its significant advantages in tourism resource integration and digital scenario applications. The collaboration with various professional partners represents an important strategic initiative in practicing the "authentic cultural tourism asset (rights) digitization" development strategy.
The early completion of subscription marks the project's official transition from the preparation and subscription phase to the implementation phase, providing strong support for subsequent key stages including physical card production, cultural tourism rights integration, and blockchain attestation activation.
Based on the project's positive launch performance, all parties will accelerate collaboration to ensure timely completion of the redemption preparations for Miele Lakeview Platinum Hotel's core asset rights according to the established timeline, working toward early realization of the core objective of being "digital-physical integrated, tangible, and redeemable."
