Great Chi Holdings (00021) has announced a change to its board of directors, effective October 2, 2026.

Mr. Leung Kwan has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to personal reasons. Following his departure, he has also stepped down from his roles as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.

In conjunction with this transition, Ms. Chung Wai Hang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and has joined the audit, remuneration, and nomination committees, with her tenure commencing on the same date, October 2, 2026.
