CELESTIAL ASIA (01049) and Celestial Financial Services Group (00510) jointly announced that during the period from August 13 to August 18, 2025, Celestial Sanhop Precious Metals (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Celestial Financial and a subsidiary held by CELESTIAL ASIA through Celestial Financial) redeemed its investment in the fund CASH Prime Value Equity OFC, with total redemption proceeds of approximately HK$16 million. Upon completion of the redemption, the fund will no longer be a subsidiary of either the Celestial Financial Group or the CELESTIAL ASIA Group, and will be accounted for as financial assets at fair value through profit or loss in the respective financial statements of the CELESTIAL ASIA Group and Celestial Financial Group.
