Global Chinese Business Club (Global Chinese BC) released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period to 30 April 2026, confirming a stable capital structure with no new share issues or buy-backs during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 40.00 million. Issued share capital stayed at 1.20 billion shares, representing 30.0% of the authorised limit, while no treasury shares were held.

Global Chinese BC reaffirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% minimum public-float threshold as at month-end.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were exercised or issued in April. The 2018 Share Option Scheme still has capacity for up to 120.00 million shares, but none are currently outstanding.

With zero movement in issued or treasury shares and confirmation of public-float adequacy, the company’s equity base and shareholder structure remain unchanged through April 2026.
