Changsha Qunxin has entered into a Targeted Donation Agreement with the Yongzhou Charity Federation and the Yongzhou Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television, and Sports Bureau (referred to as "Yongzhou Sports Bureau"). Changsha Qunxin intends to donate 3.9002 million unrestricted tradable A shares of LENS to the Yongzhou Charity Federation free of charge to support the quality improvement and renovation of the Yongzhou Stadium.
