Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Group) Co., Ltd. reported that Mr. Hu Jun has stepped down as Executive Director, Executive Deputy General Manager, and member of the Executive Committee, effective 17 April 2026. The resignation is attributed to Mr. Hu’s acceptance of a new role at another company.

The departing executive confirmed that he has no disagreements with the Board or the company and is unaware of any matters that should be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or shareholders in connection with his resignation.

Following the change, the Board comprises: • Executive Director: Mr. Zhou Jun • Non-Executive Director: Ms. Zhong Yan • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Chan Kay-cheung, Ms. Yau Lai Man, Hon. Rock Chen Chung-nin, and Mr. Tang Yi Hoi

The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Hu’s contributions during his tenure.
