Pangaea Connectivity projects FY26 profit up 30–50% to HK$39.65–45.75 million on AI data-centre demand

Pangaea Connectivity Technology Limited reported that preliminary, unaudited figures for the year ended 31 March 2026 point to a 30%–50% rise in net profit versus the HK$30.50 million recorded in fiscal 2025. Management therefore estimates full-year net earnings in the range of approximately HK$39.65 million to HK$45.75 million.

The profit uplift is attributed chiefly to stronger turnover driven by “robust demand” for the Group’s artificial-intelligence data-centre products amid expanding computational and bandwidth needs from major cloud operators.

Operationally, the Group said activities “remain normal and continue as usual,” with no material adverse changes to its financial position. It reiterated the successful execution of sales contracts worth more than US$280.00 million secured with several top global optical module and active optical cable manufacturers, reinforcing its role as a key supplier of AI data-centre solutions.

The Board noted an increase in the Company’s share price and trading volume since mid-May 2026 but stated it is unaware of any undisclosed information or transactions that would explain the market move. No negotiations or agreements subject to disclosure under Listing Rule 13.23 are in progress.

The FY26 results remain subject to review by the audit committee and the independent auditor. Final audited figures are scheduled for release by the end of June 2026. The Board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
