Royal Deluxe Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3789) announces that its Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Chao Lai Heng, will vacate her CEO position on 23 October 2025 due to an adjustment in work arrangements. According to a statement from the board of directors, Ms. Chao has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the board, and there are no matters that require further attention from shareholders.

Following the resignation, the board appoints Mr. Wang Yu Hin (known as Mr. Benjamin Wang), an existing Executive Director, to assume the CEO position on the same effective date. Mr. Benjamin Wang, aged 39, has experience overseeing the company’s operations, business development, human resources, and finance and administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has pursued additional studies in biochemical science and management. He also serves as Deputy Secretary of the Hong Kong Construction Sub-Contractors Association and has completed a global EMBA program.

Mr. Benjamin Wang is the son of the company’s chairman and an Executive Director, as well as of the outgoing CEO. As of the announcement date, he owns 9,880,000 shares of Royal Deluxe Holdings Limited. Under a revised service agreement, Mr. Benjamin Wang will serve as CEO for a term of three years, with no additional emoluments beyond his existing remuneration as an Executive Director. The board extends congratulations to Mr. Wang on his new role.
