Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) said on Sep, 30 2025 that it has issued and allotted 2,506,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options granted under its Share Option Scheme.

The new shares, which rank pari passu with existing shares, are scheduled to begin trading on Oct, 2 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

Following the issuance, Geo Energy’s total share capital has increased to 1,434,279,113 ordinary shares, including 3,418,967 treasury shares, up from 1,431,773,113 shares previously.
