Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on November 12, a shareholder of HAITIAN FLAV (03288) transferred shares from Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities to Citibank, with a transfer value of HK$629 million, accounting for 6.49% of the company's shares.

HAITIAN FLAV also released its third-quarter financial results, reporting revenue of RMB21.628 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.02%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB5.322 billion, up 10.54% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB0.94.
